We are excited to have a family vacation
together in Riviera Maya, Mexico (Cancun)! Let’s
make this a memorable
vacation filled with fun and laughter.
Accommodations: We have reserved a block of
rooms at the Unico 20 87 Resort, in Riviera Maya
Mexico . Use the link to the right to
book your stay. We are working with Kayla
Shockey at Celebration Travel and she is ready
to assist us with any questions!
Transportation: The nearest airport to the
resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN) and
a shuttle from the airport to the
resort will be reserved for you. Ground
transportation is already included in the
pricing!

DOES THIS PRICING INCLUDE AIRFARE?
FLIGHTS are typically less expensive if purchased directly from the airline. You
will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please do not purchase airfare
until your room is confirmed. Please forward all flight
details to Kayla once booked. She will need them for your transportation set
up.
ACCOMODATIONS?
I have rooms held at group rates. Please book through our group and with
Kayla @ Celebration Travel to help me with my planning and your attendance.
WHAT IS REQUIRED NOW TO BOOK MY ROOM?
The deposit to hold your room is $50 per person or $100 a room. Any travel
insurance that is purchased will be required at booking as well. The system will
automatically calculate this for you as you book online.
IS THE RESORT ALL INCLUSIVE?
Rates include, all snacks/meals/drinks (even alcoholic drinks), non-motorized
water sports, taxes & dining gratuities and all ground transportation.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL TO THE EVENT?
Yes! Ensure they are free from any rips, stains or watermarks & must be valid 6 months past the
return date of travel.
WHAT IF I FIND PRICING ONLINE LOWER?
We have worked with Amy and the resort closely to hold rates and provide group rates that will not
change during our planning process. If you should see it lower online, please reach out to Kayla at
kshockey@celebrationtravel.com to let her know and she can attempt to price match it for you.
CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS?
Of course and I encourage you pay as you need. You will receive and email after you book your room
with your confirmation. Please use the link in the email to make any payments at any time in any
amount.
WILL I HAVE A OPTION TO PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?
YES, and it is optional but HIGHLY recommended. Travel protection MUST be purchased at the time of
booking. If Travel Protection is declined, all monies paid toward this booking are non-refundable and
non-transferable and will be forfeited if cancelled or you do not arrive at the hotel as scheduled. Travel
Protection, once purchased, is non-refundable. Please make sure to read this carefully.
